Refund & Return Policy
At Freshure, your satisfaction is important to us.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return on products that are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened food products
- Used items
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
3. Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- Incorrect product
- Product leaking/expired
We will replace it free of cost.
Proof required:
- Clear photos/videos of product + packaging
4. Refund Method
Refunds are processed via:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Original payment mode
Refund time: 5–7 working days
5. COD Orders
COD amounts cannot be refunded in cash.
Refunds are given via UPI/Bank Transfer.
6. How to Request a Return
Email or WhatsApp us with:
- Order ID
- Reason
- Photos/videos
We will respond within 24–48 hours.
